Exactly! If a tech can't get paid for the work outside what a work order specifies, the tech should be able to refuse service to the customer. Especially, when it's discovered that you don't get paid, even when you thoroughly note on the work order the work completed outside the expectations. SCAM! INDEED! >>> On a positive note: After changing MSO/Contractor that issue no longer exists for me. However, if technicians continue to allow this abuse then nothing will change. >>>Techs need to stand up against these crooked MSO's and contractors(PERIOD)
