IF the line were not marked there will be a smoking pit where the opertor & company used to be. If the lines were marked incorrectly the fun will begin. Who located the lines & markewd them.....what plans were used? Who issued the plans? Did anybody verify the located lines were avtually the fiber lines that were cut.........

Expect a discovery that it was actually a terrorist act...then nobody pays! When low skill strikes what will you do?
