The days of making a success out of a cable contract for sales and install are about to be gone for good. After 11 years of being on the road on contract I took a inhouse job. Worst thing I ever did. They changed the entire system after I started and left us with great benifits and a crappy base pay that no one could survive on. If you are going to work cable stay on the contractor side of the road where you have some leverage and good luck with these greedy dirty pig dog companies.
