I hate to be the breaker of bad news, but you will never be a prime with exede, your best bet would be to become a retailer, and sell your own then do your own installs, but you will never be a prime fulfillment installer, HSP and O/O pretty much have that market tied down.
You have 2 options, 1, like I said above, get with DSI and see about becoming a retailer in their network, you could also be set up to install through them for other retailers, but I'm not quite sure how much if any work they would have.
