There using Clearfield cabinets with 1by32s to feed the subscriber. when I was there one company came in and spliced the cabinet and mainline. another group came in and put the cases on then another came in and ran the drops then another splices the naps and houses in my opinion there's to many people involved. Plus knacks city is easement he'll to start with. And I'm sure the unarmored fiber with all the squirrels will come back and haunt them
