This company was FOCUS Fiber around Richmond, Virginia. Doing work as prime for Windstream (Cavalier). They stacked up invoices from their subs on Windstream projects, then refused to pay or return calls. They changed their name to FTE Network Services, and Windstream is still giving them work and refusing to force them to pay their subs. Many have been burnt on large amounts. BEWARE! They are calling around to find contractors, unaware of them, to get work done.
