Did you get the answers you needed? I may be able to answer some since our system uses these. I also have 2 co-workers that I could contact on your behalf as well that have used multiple kinds of amps for over a decade, one I think for 16 years and the other for 13 years. They may know more contacts if a question exceeds their understanding. Let me know.
