Same company I was thinking, I worked for them via a few different subs for a while, was actually a very decent company to work for, no inventory to keep up with, and very few issues with pay, and they would help cover custom charges, sad to see them go.
Never argue with idiots, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
