I'm know of Shentel-WVA work, met their construction guy, wanted 3 head end site's removed, one was at top of a mountain...of course they wanted to pay about 1/2 of what was needed to get the job done right,   but I never heard of Dytec in WVA.  I'd get more info before taking the plunge!  WVA has some pretty rought easements in some back wood remote sites....Good luck with it...Be Safe................................................microman
