I don't know how long he's been doing this but settin your ladder in a way where it can and will sling you back is a sure way to not be around . i hate ladders with a passion , over the past 25 or so ive found my way to my work area and back to the ground safely . walkin the line was a daily occurunce in the non maintained easements in maryland and many other states . Im suprised Time Warner has such lax safety training .
To the person that responded by saying its unnecessary to take risks on hooks....watch the vid again and tell me whos taking the risk
