I think that is pretty realistic.
Those custom charges need to apply, somehow to most jobs. AND using existing cable.
Harvest all the extra cable the CATV folks seem to throw into crawl spaces some times and places.
Be rigorous with the NLOS determinations, charge for steel poles & dig ins. Bitch and moan about stupid routing...they don't care but you cannot drive more than you work.
