One of the biggest complaints I receive from customers is slow speeds. I have found many of them using servers that just suck. We try to educate them on this subject with little success.
What I would like to do is set up a speed test server at our Headend that we can direct our customers to (put a link in the customer portal). I do not want the server to be public only on our network.
Does any one have ideas are suggestions.
