so , it means max production for minimal pay.. contractors are usually paid the same rate unless lead tech or management thats a given so talking doesnt change anything. and no chance in hell for more money or bonuses. also it cuts out the chance to help other techs better themselves. i will be sure not to go where i have to sign one.
