It is probably that way,
But this guy has money out & techs waiting to work. That cannot continue indefinately. IF MASTEC was serious about enlisting his services things would move faster.
My experience with a few MASTEC deals was that the subs got the remote & small jobs, passing company trucks on the way to bigger...closer work. Then there is the lost box scam & slow money........"...this office is now closed . Do not leave customer information or attempt to close work on this line,"........
