I started climbing poles back in 1965..top hook pay was $3.25...do the math...minimum pay should at least be around... $15.00. I guess I lucked out as I only worked hourly for two years then rest of my career was salary based....working 60 hour weeks...may as while been min wages.
Good luck to all of you still out there beating the bushes, cable industry has a long way to go before you start getting wages like electrical/telephone hooks get.
