lol. The problem is only on one control. extending and retracting the boom. I have gotten a lot of differant answers. Had a bucket truck before, never had this problem. When I had trouble I used to take it to the mechanics at Verizon to fix. I can not afford to now. I have sure enjoyed the answers.
