Look buddy I will say that they are a GOOD company. They do pay on time do them a good job and they will treat you fair. You know its sad that some of these guys on here. Spend more time bitching about some of these company's not paying on time or not paying at all.there are some bad company's out there. But if your new to the cable world. You will learn just as most of us on here have learn. Blue jay don't pay much for the drop burys  but come on man you have to start some where. And move into the bigger projects thats how I got started my self. 
Myfinal word is always do and treat people right and god will prosper you in every way. Good luck with who ever you go to work for.
