If your system is like most others, the levels on carriers from 550mHz to 750mHz are digital and should appear relatively flat over that span depending on where you are in the plant (the closer to the amplifier or Line extender you will have more tilt), but even when running 12-13 total tilt, you will only see about 5-6 db of tilt in this span. If, you are asking what should the levels be at a certain point in you system, you would need to know what the amplifier and LE output levels are and the injection level used when balancing the return path, then simple addition or subtraction from the tap values, cable loss and insertion losses will tell you what lefvels to expect.
