When Comcast took over in Michigan they immediately fired half of the line techs & half of the service techs. No reason given just called them all to a meeting off site & handed them a severance package & sent them home in limos & wouldn't let them near their company trucks.
All of the managers had to reinterview to keep their jobs. Some didn't pass even though they had done their jobs for years & to top it off the managers that they made fire the techs were fired after all the dirty work was done.
Should I go on. Some dirty, dishonest & underhanded tactics from the higher powers at Comcast to just toss peoples careers out the window to start over with cheaper labor.
