People that draw food stamps and or unemployment should give back to the system in the form of labor.  Give them a few hours a day to look for a job and then they can spend 6 hours or more picking up trash on the highway or helping with a government project. Plantong trees or whatever. If they have to work for the freebies then the whole scenererio will change and you will see more of them getting jobs and then we can send the illegals packing. Prisons should be work camps again not receation centers.
