If you post an ad on here ANSWER the damn email you receive. You companies post email addresses, and phone numbers, but never take the time to return calls or answer mail!

Be a more professional...if you want quality people, SET THE EXAMPLE!!! When you fail to respond to individuals RESPONDING to your postings, it only proves your a light weight in the industry!
