Comcast inquired about buying TWC, all of it, but so far no bid made from them, charter is chomping at the bit to buy them, and put in a bid but TWC said its not enough ofer more like $150/share or better. In the end TWC got a new CEO who is just chomping at the bit to cash in on his golder parachute and promoting these offers, and if he gets the company sold, he gets it and gets out, but I don't think anyone wants to pay that price teh voters require nor do I beleive the FCC will let comcast expand to that size easily at this time, just bought NBU universal and all gettign back lash from letting that go throgugh just got into a distrubution fight with directTV over weather channel, etc..
