Seems about right,

Directv probably could not specify who they would be sending to any specific site at any time.

Of all this.....and I want to stress military gates is a place where they should be searching.....the biggest one thing I have found = Go to work on bases in the afternoon. You won't need all day to work and the lines are gone by afternoon......everybody else will arrive at sun up and you don't need to wait with them.
