That is a good way to play!
Government wonks...esp in themilitary..... report to one level above their level.They have no interest or motivation to look at a larger picture. It is the reverse of the peasants digging a ditch........most were just moving the dirt.........one was digging the foundation for a cathedral. With the gates, nobody gets punished, demoted or reprimanded for long lines at the gate. Let just one rug head with a gun past the fence and boxes will be checked and I mean negative boxes!
