Hmmm. Ok. you lost me. Most onbase housing has cATV for at least the AFN channels ATLANTIC PACIFIC AFNXTRA AND AFN MOVIES most have a franchise agreement with a local cable television service provider along with the Emergency Alert System requirement. Meaning there is a contractor that has access toprovide maintence for these and any advanced services that may be included inthat franchise agreement.
