cable is obsolete....if it wernt for  cell phone companies  capping bandwidth everyone would go wireless...my brother streams netflix from his cellphone  because he is granfathered in on unlimited data....i really think our goverment should look into this bandwidth capping as being a means of price fixing and stiffleing technology and competition
