Rwl Communications

Does anyone know of RWL communications in S Florida? This company has a contract with Comcast and claims Comcast takes 4-6 weeks for a background check.They also says that their Techs are averaging 2,000-4,000 per week due to winter rush.Can someone please give me some info about this Co. I don't wanna travel all the way from IL. to be disappointed.
