If MMCC had a clue they would hire supervisors who were experienced in the field. Their problem is you can't ask them any questions about the job or ask them for the tools for the job because they just don't know. One other thing is the loss of time/money because the jobs aren't fielded,even tho if they were they still wouldn't have a clue because they just don't know!
