turning sat subs into salesmen

how can a company demand subs to sale services and products that are over priced? You either sale the stuff or not get work. I get 125 for tv mounts on my own. The company wants me to sale tv mounts for 199 up. i get paid 100 and have to sell it, install it, warranty it , insure it, and supply install supplies for it. they get 100 and do nothing i mean nothing. I got threatened work because they said i was competing with them. but i was doing these before the service was even offered. anyone else?
