I said the same thing 2 years ago, and at that time they were, but they have gotten so large, that they have started doing the same thing every company does once they hit a peak, they start to lose sight of what makes their business successful, I stayed with them through the first pay cut, then the second pay cut, then the third pay cut, when they started talking about the 4th, I was done with them. When I started it was 80/17, then went down to 67/12, and unless you were part of the 'owners council' you were more of a thorn in their foot, than a 'partner'.
The 'VP' started putting on more and more charges, and lowering the pay, while at the same time asking for more in return. I hope you do well.
