I bet I know which retailer your talking about, and I can guarantee you, they don't care who has the equipment, if your name is on their contract, your the one they are going to charge the equipment to, AND, if that tech pushes the issue, they will write him a check, send it to him, and then charge you for that also, and still charge you for the equipment, and then they tack on an admin fee and a $5 per receiver fee, non refundable even if you get the receivers back...
Get out fast, they tried to hit me with a $90,000 equipment chargeback.
