Re: Upstream/Downstream..??

There is no upstream signals at those freqs. As far as downstream levels what dose your system specs say they should be? Where are you looking at them, headend, node, amp,le,tap,ground block, wall plate? 
If everyone is thinking alike, someone isn't thinking.
