Not only are you, the sole operator.not covered but also your payment is an estimate that will be adjusted based on what you, all alone,earn. Unless you take the step of discontinuing operations they will continue to expect you to send them money. 

Even if you do acquire an employee and there is an injury many hospitals and doctors will attempt to avoid accepting MD comp insurance as a provider because the payments are low and slow.
