I did some work for them. They paid on time as promised. The only problem I had with them was ; I've done an install which needed a pole mount. I only charge the average $75 for the pole mount and didn't even charge for the entrenchment of over 60 feet. Turns out I got a call from TCI pretty much telling me I wasn't suppose to charge any other fees without they approval.
Overall, if you can deal with they no charge on custom rule; then you got you're answer.
