thank you brum53 for your input,this is exactly what i heard from other techs who came in contact with this guy. He is not even a licensed low volt contractor, he just leases you out to guys like Vortexllc. Of course they are going to say he pays because they are in bed with him. They also said he tells you he will pay in three weeks and then strings you out to 5
