On the system plant side, consider the time frames. If they make you work after hours adjust accordingly. On the subsciber side, unless you have the staffing to run a lot of service calls I would make it understood that you would filter the address and turn it in for ingress. It can be a very lucrative part of the business, but you need to consider how far your resources will let you get into it.
Consider that during the drive out period you need to cover 70% of the system at a min. and fix everything over 20 umv, like Cablepro said the market size will determine how much of the job you will be able to take on
