Because they fear things being fair...and also don't want the payola  aka under the table money to disappear. But imagine if 10-20 contractors no matter what...stood up for each other on sites? What if quality techs stopped working for bull $hit? Then people have to listen. In any city. What does it hurt...? We get screwed and a few ride it out and then everyone goes to a new city any way. Wtf will they do when the group stands up for themselves? Then we get the attention of the fat pompass MSO's.
