Two solutions: 1. Violence 2. Lawyer up (before u do any contract and after they hesitate one second paying or violate terms. Bum @ss companies not giving a dam about the human capital. From the top down. We cant be so scared to say NO. No to disorganization, lies, late pay, bait and switch...they only disrespect us because we allow it. Then when the bend us over, we show back up for more.
