I need a little help please.
I've got a Dsam 3300 and want to set ch.95 - 99 as digital channels @ 256 QAM and be able to get MER & BER readings. I've done some testing with the meter it will let me set ch.79 up as digital channels @ 256 QAM and be able to get MER & BER readings but not any channel lower than that as in ch.78 or any lower channels. I've called JDSU and their tech. support he says the Dsam 3300 he has with an older version of software will let him set any channel up even ch.2 & 3 but could not help me with mine. Has anyone out there had this problem?
