You do realize, that in order for the Mayor in New York to raise taxes, he has to have a vote from the state government to do so.
And that tax raise, is less than 1% on people making over $500,000.00 per year. But that being said, it has to pass state government, and it probably will not happen.

In comparison to, if you like your insurance, you can keep it. Which is actually correct, it is in the law, if you like your insurance you can keep it, as long as your insurance company does not change your policy, if it changes, then it loses its 'grandfathered in' status. Thats true with most every 'grandfather' clause.
So in ending, your little rant ranks up there with the birthers. Which is pretty low.
