The terminators used years ago where cheap and burnt out easily or broke easily and caused alot of reflection, most companies now when sweeping or upgrading etc, or they might even have a terminator project, is to change out all terminators to new ones. I have worked doing them all used to get paid $15 a terminator which was sweet , that was 1998. So my theory is when you don't have a heavy load and have free time start chnging them out to the new ones. WTFK hit the nail on the head, CPD is bad.
