So you were not being completly honest, if you have that many assets, and that amount of net worth, then you have no problem buying health insurance, and don't need the ACA, other than the fact your insurance company can't drop you for pre-existing conditions, or if you have a major health issue, or if all else fails, you can do like I do, and self insure.
Of course, lung cancer and liver disease can be pretty expensive, and now that the new laws of the ACA prohibit insurance companies from canceling your coverage if you have a dramatic disease like that, you are already starting to see the benefits of the law.
