If you are talking about contracting doing installs I think you probably know that $1,000.00 to $2,000.000 a week is not all that prosperous after deductions, especially on the road. cost of fuel, lodging and parts alone will eat that up, not even considering insurances. some companies will supply truck, gas card and small parts but you are basically an employee of the contractor. I would pursue that route, training you will get once you are hired and with your background they will love to have you. I would suggest staying away from travel and find a contractor for an MSO close to home, there are too many way's to lose your a$$ in this business when depending on someone you don't know for a paycheck.
