 I have a little insight on the Asheville project. Let's  first say that I don't install but work for a company that does sweep. We had to start sweep there to get some of their other work because nobody in their right minds would attempt work there. It's not so much the actual work because it's all rear easement where I'm currently working but I get paid hourly which helps. Guys, if you're getting paid by the job you'll starve in Ashville, been there and done that! Charter doesn't want to pay anything for the work they need done. We pulled out after a year and other contractors, needing to work, left as well. If you want to climb all day, work for free, then have at it. Just my 2 cents.
