Re: growth opportunities with comcast?

I used to work with Comcast and was told it takes 8-10 years.  I did it in 2 yrs 10 months.  What I did was spend all free time with Maintenance learning, which turned into friendships and they went to bat for me.

Also, you can show the desire to be a team player to get the management on your side.  I was on the Jeopardy team and that also helped me.

I was maintenance for 2 years before becoming management.  It can work if you talk and spend time with the right maintenance techs.
