They are not allowing enough time for x1 installs. Sometimes you have between 3 and 5 boxes x1 triple play witb a tc or another x1 double or tp right after that job. Especially since they brought the point system back. I do quad plays as well. Sometimes they give you two x1 quad plays on a seldom occasion....The problem with the point system is they are not scheduling job correctly so the quota is increased. Along with if you have 80 techs, they are scheduling quota for 80 techs. You cant win like that.----to respond to the other gentleman. You should activate phone and internet before and x1 box. X1 boxes only reset multiple times because everytime you put something on the acct the box resets. So try putting all boxes on the acct first without boxes hooked up (or hooked up).....then send hits and that will reduce load time. X1 boxes should never take 40 mins. In my system, richmond,va boxes take anywhere from 5-10 mins and that only depends on if you receive a rdk error message or if your doing the process your doing...only responding to your activation statement. Not your checking signal and unity gain amp, because you are correct on that. Thanks
