That is a good explanation dfw, however I feel your point will be lost on him. It is pretty obvious that he feels that it is guaranteed in the Constitution he can say whatever, whenever just like many. They see sentences in the Constitution and Amendments, then don't read the whole paragraph before they start feeling violated.
According to him, we could goe over to his house or property and start posting signs on his land that have messages pertaining to whatever political and personal agenda we have. Of course if he disagreed with any of them, he would remove them, but according to him, that would be censorship. "dont show up the new norm in todays society" .
