Strange, the rest of the country is under the impression that the right (and correctly I should add) is responsible, only fox news listeners think it was the Senate. The Far right fringe tea party wanted to change a Federal Law, that was passed by Senate/Congress, signed into law by the President, and upheld as constitutional by the conservative Supreme Court of the US.
Go ahead, blame the Senate for upholding the law of the land, and obeying the Constitution which you seem to only care about when it suits your needs.
And your post had everything to do with politics, don't try to hide it.
