No, although they treat everyone like employees. Jay haeberlin who is in charge of this project from ITG emailed all of his techs today and told them that it was ok to continue using their cars to do this project. None of them have a contract, insurance, workers comp, personal safety protection, or training for aerial work. Only two of them have ladders, and the ladders that they do have do not have hooks. The Charter Safety Department has been informed of this and are going to inspect their "trucks" tomorrow. What do you think will happen to their contract after this inspection. I was fired today for "bucking" the system, so I'm going to the unemployment office tomorrow.
