Bean Counter's running the ship from an office....MBA's with no field experience, probably X-Tele Co's.. as this is some what how they operate
This industry needs On The Job Tech Training BAD!!!...you can't learn it from a book, gotta get your hands dirty, fall off the pole/ladder a couple of times, be bitten by a dog, stung by a nest of bee's taking up space inside the NIU, etc. Then you start leaning the ABC's of being a tech.
The only sure way to run a business is by paying an acceptable hourly scale, get off the units B/S
